The Department of Transportation Is responsible for the issuance and record keeping of Moorish National plates and or setting the requirements for driving permits. To establish uniform procedures to interact with state and federal law enforcement authorities, and to create an educational process to teach Moors the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of that interaction. To assign all vehicles, purchased by Moorish Americans, under the jurisdictional authority of the Moorish National Government, and to design and construct a transportation system which will serve the Moorish Community which can deliver freight, goods, and services, by way of commercial transport, which includes truck, train, or ship.
