The Moorish Science Temple of America The Asiatic Nation of North America, a religious, theocratic, common law, express trust, governmental organization, was founded in 1348 of the Moorish calendar year and 1928 of the Christian calendar year, pursuant to the Religious Corporations Act / RCA, under the laws of the Republican State of Illinois. The Moorish Science Temple of America (from hereon referred to as MSTA) was established prior to the landmark case of Erie Railroad vs. Tompkins, that changed the judicial system in America. The purpose of this government shall be to help uplift fallen humanity. To provide the parameters for everyday behavior for citizens, protect them from outside interference, provide for their well-being and happiness, provide leadership, maintain order, provide public services, provide national security, provide economic security, and provide economic assistance.

Legislative

The purpose of the Grand Body (or Legislative Branch) shall be to set strategic direction; build community relationships; establish ethical standards, values, and compliance; and select candidates for positions within the government and monitor their progress, oversee management, finances, and quality; delegate effectively, have honest conversations, be committed to the organization, inspire others and be creative and innovative, particularly when it comes to problem solving. Justice

The judicial branch plays a crucial role in upholding fairness, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards, thereby contributing to a harmonious and well-functioning organizational environment.

Executive

The executive branch effectively manages and advances the organization's mission, while upholding its responsibilities to stakeholders and the broader community.
